This RV park is located back off the main road. It is owned in conjunction with a car-wash, that seems to be able to accommodate a RV, but we decided not to test that theory out.

There are dumpsters on the property for you to dispose of your trash in, so the area is fairly clean.

There are 12 sites at this RV park, and you pay based on an honor system.

Behind the car wash, there is a booth with envelopes and a secure drop box. The owners come and collect the money, so there is not interaction between you, except when you have to call to get the WiFi password.

The WiFi is surprisingly a strong signal that we had no issues in obtaining, without any boosters.

Each site does have a small patch of grass with it, but do not drive across the grass as there is a sprinkler system in place.

It is pet friendly, but they do ask that you clean up after your animals.

There is a nearby small, mom & pop liquor store if you need a little something to drink, but do not expect them to have everything you are looking for.

We were unable to find Yuengling at this location, and they said they had never even heard of it before.

However, the owners are friendly and have a beer cooler, if you are need of a cold one.

Overall, it was a good location. We needed a place where I could get some major work done and this proved to be the perfect location for that.

Cost of Stay: $20, plus $2 for each additional adult after 2.

This includes water, power, sewer, and WiFi (you have to call to get the access code). Other sites advertise that this park offers cable, however a sign up says that was discontinued in 2018.

You can even pay just $2 to dump if that is all you need. I did not see a place for potable water, other than at the sites, though.

Length of Stay

They offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Only the daily rates are listed on their board. You have to call for discounted, long term rates.

Cell Service:

We have Straight Talk that runs off of Verizon towers and we had 4-5 LTE bars continuously, while in this location.

Do I recommend this area?

Absolutely! If we ever pass through this location again, we will be stopping here for the night, and we recommend you do to.
