Tuna Pasta: A Delicious way to use canned fish.

If you are looking for an amazing way to use up the canned fish sitting in your pantry, this is the #1 recipe I recommend. There is so much flavor to this pasta that you will forget it came out of a can.

Tuna Pasta

Ingredients

Water for Cooking Pasta

8 oz of Pasta ( I used Spaghetti)

2- 5 oz cans of Tuna in water

3 Tbsp of Olive Oil (Divided)

2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning

1 Tbsp Parsley

2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

How to Cook:

Add water and 1 Tbsp of the Olive Oil to pot. Bring to a Boil.

Add your pasta to the water and return to a boil.

Boil for 5-6 minutes, or until just undercooked.

Reserve 1 cup of pasta water to the side.

Drain pasta of the remaining water.

Add pasta and reserved water back to the pot.

Add all of your seasonings, tuna, and the remaining oil to the pot.

Mix together and cook another 2 minutes on low heat, or until the pasta is done to your liking.

Serve it up and enjoy!
